The absolute success of any great Picnic is the food that is prepared and served to your Picnic guests. We offer our customers the freshest food in our industry. This means all grilled items go from the grill to your plate. All salads are homemade. All desserts are of the highest quality.

During your 5 hour unlimited barbecue, catered exclusively by Rastelli Market Fresh, your group will be shown a high quality of presentation and service. For your convenience, we label all items, with ingredients, on the barbecue buffet.   We will work together for the best ideas on constructing your Picnic menu.

Barbecue Menu- ALL guests begin with the following menu

• Hamburger “Fixings” station (10 of your favorite spreads and toppings)
• Barbecue chicken off the grill (legs and thighs are prepared)
• Kosher hot dogs
• Veggie Burgers
• Sausage, peppers, and onions (included for 350+ paying guests)
• Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce, onion, pickles, olives, and hot sauce)
• Homemade potato salad and homemade cole slaw
• Corn on the cob (New Jersey corn used in season)
• South Philly soft pretzels
• Individual one ounce bags of potato chips and pretzels
• Fresh sliced fruit (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, and oranges)
• Self-serve soda package (RC Cola, Diet RC, 7-UP, and Root Beer)
• Country Time lemonade and ice water available all day
